Latte | light roast beans with creamy & warm foam 



Tagliolini Al Proscuitto | salty, light cut, and smoky Parmesan ham with thick white sauce. Topped with whole red pepper and fresh olive oil. Tasty!



Fettuccine Al Pesto | white chopped cauliflower fried with fettuccine with pesto sauce. Refreshing!



Caprese Di Pesche | fresh whole mozzarella cut in half and mix with salty Parmesan ham. Have a bit with layered peach fruit, cheese, and ham. Excellent!


Omelette Provola E Speck | firm & thick  omelette with sides of Parmesan & chopped potatoes. Original!



Zuppa Del Giorno | smashed beet with small amount of water and topped with blue cheese. Drink like eating!


We have a group of three enjoying Oficina 1M in the morning. The first dish we order separately is so attractive so that we couldn't help but ordering another. The taste of them is so traditional and real without artificial seasoning.
